Copyright & Licensing

At Contrast House, we take copyright and licensing very seriously. We want to make sure that everyone involved in our production process, from photographers to clients, understands how our copyright and licensing policies work.

Copyright:

When you work with Contrast House, you acknowledge and agree that all photographs and videos we produce are the sole and exclusive property of Contrast House, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Any modification of our photographs and videos, as well as any incorporation into any layout, concept, reproduction, or publication without our explicit permission, is strictly prohibited. We hold all rights not expressly granted in this agreement. As the copyright owner, Contrast House has the sole power to enforce our copyrights and any other intellectual property rights against infringers.

Licensing:

After receiving full payment for our services, we grant our clients a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, and royalty-free license to use the photographs and videos produced by Contrast House subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement. It is important to note that all photographs and videos produced by Contrast House are protected by the United States Copyright Act.

If you, or any third party, wish to make any additional uses of the photographs and videos not covered in this agreement, you must obtain permission from Contrast House and pay an additional fee if necessary. It is your responsibility to inform any third parties, such as contractors, interior designers, or homeowners, that our photographs and videos can only be used by such parties under licenses purchased from or granted directly by Contrast House.

In the event that a third party wishes to license our photos of the property for professional or personal use, they should contact us directly for rates.

If you have any questions about our copyright or licensing policies, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@contrast.house.
