Thanks for choosing Contrast House for your real estate media needs. Our priority is to provide you with high-quality photo and video production services that meet your professional standards. We strive to make your experience as smooth and seamless as possible, so here are our policies that you need to know.

Edit Requests:

We’re happy to accommodate all reasonable edit requests to ensure that you’re satisfied with the final product. However, any edit requests outside the standard scope of the project may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to use our discretion as creative professionals to ensure the best results.

Re-Shoots:

If you’re not satisfied with the initial shoot, we’ll do our best to accommodate most reasonable re-shoot requests. However, re-shoots outside of the standard scope of the project may be subject to an additional fee. We reserve the right to use our discretion as creative professionals to ensure the best results.

Social Media Posts:

We may feature your listing in our social media posts, which can be a great way to increase exposure. If you need us to hold off on posting any content, please let us know before the appointment so we can notify our team.

Delivery Time:

We guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days. If you require expedited turnaround time, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but it may be subject to an additional fee.

Pre-Shoot Checklist:

Scheduling is the heart of our service, so we require the house to be prepared and ready to shoot upon our scheduled appointment time. Please follow our directions in the Pre-Shoot Checklist to ensure your listing looks its best in photos and video.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a $50 late fee. We reserve the right to reschedule your shoot due to inclement weather if we believe it will have a positive impact on your media. If you have any questions about rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payment:

Your payment for your project is pre-authorized at the time of booking. We will not process the charge until we’ve successfully delivered your media package.
